How to Make Your Steam Profile Public

So we can show your achievements, owned games and playtime on our platform.

Why This Is Important

If your profile or game details are private, Steam won't let us read your playtime, owned games, or achievements. Make sure both your overall profile and the Game details are set to Public.

Steps
  1. Open the Steam client or go to steamcommunity.com.
  2. Go to your profile: Click your name → View Profile.
  3. On your profile page, click Edit Profile.
  4. In the left menu, go to Privacy Settings.
  5. Under My profile and Game details:
    • Set Profile Status → Public
    • Set Game details → Public
Important

“Game details” must be Public. Even if your overall profile is Public, if “Game details” is Friends Only or Private, the API will return an error and we won't see your games or achievements.

You're Done
  • Return to Lobby9 and connect Steam — the sync will start automatically.
  • If you changed privacy just now, give it a minute and try again.
